Your name and contact details are only input onto the website booking system with your consent at the point of your first booking. These details are thereafter held on a database for future bookings until a time that you request erasure or 8 years from your last visit. This facility is provided by a website provision service and as such they are contractually obligated to ensure your data is kept secure.
