How long we keep your data for
Your name and contact details are only input onto the website booking system with your consent at the point of your first booking. These details are thereafter held on a database for future bookings until a time that you request erasure or 8 years from your last visit. This facility is provided by a website provision service and as such they are contractually obligated to ensure your data is kept secure.

In the unlikely event that your personal data is breached, where this constitutes a high risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be contacted without delay.
